you know, i always admired the Honeybee for it’s fantastic use of harmonies.
(i even read in the tag jon sprauge takes use of some tuvan throat singing here too. this track continuously blows my mind. go see more of the breakdowns of all their songs compositions at this post a fella made.)
hearing the background voices more clearly just, gives me a larger perspective on the song as a whole. this and brass goggles’ musical compositions are what got me into the band to begin with. with time i discovered it’s story/backround/characters and so forth.
That one time when the Doctor had mixed up the harmonic filters with the engine phase manipulators. He had to sit down on the floor of the console room. He cried and just sat there for a while. After a while the Tardis fixed it herself. The Doctor got up, but just before he went to bed; he turned around and pulled a recording from the console. He plays it when he can’t sleep sometimes.
